This was one of the best Air B&B stays I have ever had. I stayed with my wedding party and we had such a great time. It is a huge house. The place is beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. Abby was so accommodating and even helped us put together an elaborate scavenger hunt. Horses, cats, and nature - what more could you need? I would highly recommend it!

For all of you that just want to experience a relaxing moment on an amazing piece of property. You have Clark's Yellowstone River less than 100 yards away, the home has plenty of space, and owners had everything in order. We enjoyed the house so much--beyond our expectations! The kitchen was large and well supplied, lots of seating for large family meals and games. Living room very comfortable with plenty of room and seating for our large family with kids. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and set up, great for beds for everyone. The location was beautiful and secluded--a working ranch that added fun to our adventure. Our celebration was a family Christmas and Abby was so great to decorate for Christmas that made our celebration extra special. Abby was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you, thank you for a great property. Looking forward to another visit!!

The best venue for a wedding! Love all the space, open areas of green grass, space for both ceremony and reception, camping sites available! Absolutely loved the bar area and room for a large reception! The only place I found that would accommodate for the large wedding of my dreams with no guests number restrictions. And BEAUTIFUL scenery for pictures.

Unbelievably beautiful! If you're looking for a place to host a retreat or training, I can't recommend The Cottonwood enough. The lodge was spacious and comfortable, the food & snacks they prepared were delicious, and the scenery was one-of-a-kind.
